___________

Massage Therapy is a hands-on, non-invasive treatment focused on the muscles, connective tissue, and fascia. Massage therapists are trained to assess soft tissue function and address areas of tension while the client is comfortably clothed or partially undressed according to the treatment plan and consent. These techniques help reduce muscular tension, improve circulation, and support overall mobility and function.

Our Techniques

Myofascial Release targets the connective tissue to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility. This technique helps reduce discomfort in muscles and fascia, promoting a sense of relaxation and ease throughout the body.

Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage focus on specific muscle groups to address areas of tension or overuse. Pressure and techniques are always adapted to the client’s comfort level, and treatments can be modified or paused at any time upon the client’s request.

Soft Tissue Mobilization works on muscles, tendons, and surrounding connective tissue to improve movement and reduce stiffness, supporting recovery from repetitive strain, sports injuries, or postural imbalances.
