Pain Management in Breast Cancer Patients using Osteopathy

Having breast cancer is often life-changing. Because of advances in Medical Science, it's usually not a death sentence. But often the treatment involves Chemotherapy, Radiation, and/or Mastectomy (or Breast saving surgery).

During and after the medical treatment there is usually a sedentary period.

Because of treatment and/or sedentary periods, women often get pain.

Pain in the affected area, but also pain in the upper back, shoulder, or neck.

This pain often is caused by a restriction in the Range Of Motion.

This is where Osteopathy Treatment can help.

The gentle stretches used by a Manual Osteopath are very effective in reducing pain after Breast Cancer Treatment.
